Base Tours
Does your civic organization, pre-school, or church group want to set up a tour of our
ambulance base? EMT's and Paramedics will show and demonstrate equipment,
provide age appropriate information to each group (i.e. how 911 works, when to call,
basic 1st aid, etc). To set up a base tour call 573-265-6565
Remember, our crew members are subject to an emergency call at any time. There are
instances when a tour is scheduled and the crew must respond immediately. Upon
Scheduling your tour you will be given the phone number of the base to call just prior to
your visit to ensure the crew is in quarters.
Tours are available 7 days a week between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Community CPR & First Aid
The Ambulance District can provide CPR and First Aid classes to groups with at least six
(6) participants (i.e. scouts, neighborhood watch groups, seniors, etc.)
Basic classes will be provided free of charge however certification classes may have a
small fee attached.
